“As things stand now, I am going to be a writer. I'm not sure that I'm going to be a good one or even a self-supporting one, but until the dark thumb of fate presses me to the dust and says 'you are nothing', I will be a writer.”

About Me
I am a versatile journalist who loves telling stories that others overlook. With five years of experience in writing, reporting and broadcasting, I have covered everything from breaking news and sports analysis to in-depth features. Beyond writing, I bring experience in video production, broadcasting, SEO and editing, allowing me to tell stories across multiple platforms.
I am currently a junior at the University of Colorado Boulder, pursuing a degree in journalism with a minor in sports media. I serve as editor-in-chief of Sko Buffs Sports, where I help lead coverage of Colorado Athletics and oversee the bulk of editing and publication. I am also a founding Managing Editor of Mountain Time Magazine, CU’s outdoor and culture publication, where I work with writers, photographers and designers to bring stories to life in print and online.
My experience extends beyond campus. I spent a year writing for Colorado Buffaloes Wire through the USA TODAY Sports Media Group, producing short-form, SEO-driven stories covering Colorado football. That role sharpened my ability to write for digital audiences, identify timely story angles and make content discoverable through search engines.
Across every role, I have learned to be a Swiss Army knife, adapting to different formats, subjects and responsibilities while keeping the story at the center of my work. Whether I am reporting, editing or anchoring a broadcast, I am driven by a passion for storytelling and a commitment to finding the stories worth telling.
